Intermediate Accountant

What You'll Do: Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards, review workpapers, and assist in generating periodic financial reports.Tax Compliance: Prepare income tax returns, liaise with tax authorities, and contribute to tax planning and advisory services.Bookkeeping: Review and reconcile external bookkeeper BAS workings, assist with BAS lodgments, and provide bookkeeping support as needed.Client Service: Build and maintain strong client relationships, address client queries, attend meetings, and deliver high-quality service.Software Proficiency: Leverage tools like Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office to enhance efficiency and streamline tasks.What You'll Need: An accounting degree from an Australian university (or a completed Australian master's to meet local qualification requirements).At least 1 year of public practice experience (essential).Progress toward your CA or CPA program.Strong technical accounting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with prior experience in team settings.A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.Exceptional presentation skills.Why Join Us?
