Public Practice firm in Launceston seeking an Intermediate Accountant Your new company A well-established and fast-growing public practice firm is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic intermediate accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. During its existence, this firm has risen to become one of the area's more respected and establish firms, servicing a range of clients and growing their business consistently. Your new role As an intermediate accountant, you will be responsible for a range of financial activities and will provide personal and tailored support to the firm's clients. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing financial statements, tax returns and BAS for clients. Assisting senior accountants with audit, review, and advisory engagements. Communicating with clients and external stakeholders. Maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in Australian public practice accounting firms. A degree in accounting or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
