You'll provide crucial sales and administration support to our distribution partners, including mortgage brokers and other business associates.You will be responsible for:Facilitating the smooth onboarding of new intermediary relationships, including the provision of training to ensure they're effectively using our tools.Managing our intermediary inbox and hotline, offering timely assistance and resolving queries.Collaborating with our intermediary partners to workshop scenarios and provide solutions, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.Working closely with our credit team to ensure swift and effective resolutions for our customers introduced via the intermediary channel.Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis tasks to support the smooth operations of our intermediary channel.Does this sound like you?You bring 2+ years' of experience in customer service within financial services, demonstrating a strong digital acumen and commitment to service excellence.
