Interior Designer/ Office Manager

Got a passion for Interior Design and excellent organisational/ people skills?! Our Studio in Noosa Heads is hiring.
You'll be responsible for both the creative and operational aspects of the business, including logistics, administration, and design. This role requires a balance of creativity and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Roles and Responsibilities Meeting and greeting clients, overseeing incoming calls, scheduling appointments and ensuring all clients are attended to in a professional mannerHelping Directors and designers with any documentation that needs to be filed, posted, requested or collatedHelping clients with design consultations, creating mood boards, floor plan revisions, selections and offer both supplier and trade recommendations etcSupporting the design team with sourcing, sampling or any other dutiesOverseeing the overall office administration from stock keeping, to facilities managementSkills and Experience Experience in office admin within the architecture/interior/construction industryEfficient user of Microsoft office and outlook, design programs a plusExceptional communication skillsProven experience in interior design with a keen eye for detail.Graphic design skills a big plus!Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyWho we are: Join our vibrant team of design professionals specialising in a range of design services.
