The Role Finding the right people for our studio is essential. We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team on a contract or fixed-term basis. In this role, you will design and create functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget Develop design concepts and plans that meet the client's requirements and expectations Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings of interior spaces Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion Communicate design ideas and plans to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Conduct site visits to assess the space and ensure design plans are feasible and practical Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio of successful projects Proficiency in design software AutoCAD and SketchUp 2D Photoshop rendering experience will be highly regarded Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and materials Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What is on Offer?
