Job Description As the Interim Head of Technology/CIO, you will be responsible for:


Leading and managing the technology department, ensuring optimal performance
Developing and implementing strategic IT plans in alignment with the company's mission
Overseeing IT project management, from inception to completion
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring adherence to IT policies and regulations
Preparing and manage the IT budget
Identifying opportunities for technology-driven innovation and improvement
Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the team
The Successful Applicant As the successful applicant you will ideally possess:


Proven experience in an IT leadership role
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
An understanding of the Not For Profit sector
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
