Due to some recent positive restructure, an interim CFO opportunity is now available.
The fixed term contract will run for 8 months.
This role encompasses finance, property, and risk management, overseeing a high-performing team of 25.
This is a true leadership position with the potential to create value across the organisation's various service areas.
Specific areas of focus will include strategic input to several transformation initiatives and growth projects, refining and developing the budget process, and partnering with the executive team and board.
The organisation is complex, with revenue and funding coming from federal sources, NDIS, donations, and revenue-generating retail and service channels.
We are seeking experienced CFOs with a track record of delivering financial, operational, and strategic value across complex service-based organisations.
Not-for-profit experience is not mandatory; however, motivation and a mindset to work in a purpose-driven organisation are essential.
Your commercial focus and experience in business partnering across an organisation will be key to success in this role.
Experience in multi-site retail, services, NDIS, or any complex commercial services business will be well received.
