The Opportunity
Join our team as a Program Technical Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of an exciting program of works within water infrastructure. In this role, you will provide technical guidance throughout the development and delivery phases of the program. You will be responsible for creating work methodologies for each project, offering constructability and buildability input, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Leveraging your expertise, you will drive design development, identify, and resolve technical risks, and collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure projects are completed successfully and align with the overall program strategy.
You will bring:
Minimum degree qualification in engineering or related field (highly regarded) Extensive industry knowledge, including significant experience in a technical leadership role Extensive experience in developing, implementing and managing project portfolios/programmes Proven ability to lead design functions and technical teams with strong people leadership skills Excellent communication, organisational, and coordination skills Sound project financial management skills Our Team
