Intellectual Property Lawyer (Litigation)
As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join our highly regarded litigation team within Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers. Location in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, where our offices are located, is preferable.
You will assist on all aspects of IP litigation, working closely with our Principals on a range of patent, trade mark, copyright, design and confidential information matters, and contributing to all aspects of handling the dispute. This includes:
Preparing infringement and validity advice and assisting with developing appropriate strategy
Preparing Court documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients and counsel
Working with expert witnesses to prepare evidence for litigation and oppositions

Preferably at least 3 years' experience with a commercial law firm. Experience in IP law and litigation is advantageous.
Law degree with strong academic performance.
Admitted to practice in relevant State and in the Federal Court.
