Intellectual Property Lawyer (Litigation)As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join our highly regarded litigation team within Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers. Location in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, where our offices are located, is preferable.You will assist on all aspects of IP litigation, working closely with our Principals on a range of patent, trade mark, copyright, design and confidential information matters, and contributing to all aspects of handling the dispute.
