Intelife is a Western Australian for purpose organisation with a unique social enterprise business model utilising our successful commercial businesses to assist us to provide support for people living with disability. We are currently seeking a full time, permanent General Manager Finance to provide professional financial leadership to the business. Based in our head office in Balcatta, this role reports to the CEO and liaises regularly with our Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities will include: Being a key member of the executive leadership team and having input to the formation of the strategic direction of the business Leadership of a team of financial professionals Alignment of financial management with strategic objectives Management of all financial control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, monthly and annual reporting Management of financial governance and statutory reporting requirements Fleet management Oversight of commercial arrangements, providing advice to the CEO and Board on the financial implications of proposed and existing commercial contracts. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Tertiary qualifications in commerce or business CA or CPA qualifications Minimum 10 years experience in a senior Financial management role Excellent leadership skills Sound commercial acumen and the ability to make effective decisions based upon accurate and timely analysis This is a hands on role, requiring operational expertise in addition to analytical and strategic thinking. Previous experience working in a not for profit environment would be highly regarded but is not essential.
