This role is responsible for developing the education strategy, developing education modules and presenting.
The role will also assist the CA Integrity Unit across areas including Code of Conduct and Respect@Work for Players and Player Support Personnel, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Doping and Competition Assurance.
We have big ambitions for this space, so we're looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.Reporting to the Head of Integrity you'll be responsible for:Developing and implementing tailored programs using various platforms and methods to match target audiencesIn collaboration with the Capability Department, creating integrity modules and resources for Australian CricketDeveloping content for, and presenting, face-to-face presentations to Australian Cricket participantsConsulting with key stakeholders to ensure Education Frameworks meet mandatory requirements, best practice guidelines current and future needs and incorporates performance measurementsBeing the CA Integrity Unit contact for all professional development and wellbeing programsAssisting with online abuse, child safety and member protection initiativesDeveloping and maintaining compliance recordsAssisting the CA Integrity Unit with investigations, research, projects and reportsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORAs the successful Integrity Partner you will be an exceptional problem solver with a passion for and experience in education.
You will also have:Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development or similarExperience in a sporting organisation in a similar role (desired)Experience working within junior development or pathway programs (desired)Prior training and assessment experienceDemonstrated experience of development of education programs and knowledge of different learning typesStrong presentation, interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to understand and communicate integrity policiesMotivate self-starter able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environmentWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Our employees at Cricket are gifted an additional week of leave at the end of the season!
