Parramatta Early Learning Centre The Opportunity We are looking for an exceptional & highly experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and make a difference in the lives of children and families. This full-time role, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 49 weeks a year this role starts in January 2025, and we want someone who's ready to take charge and shine!
Do you have: A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent? NESA Early Childhood Teacher Accreditation? An approved child protection statement of attainment In-depth knowledge of legislative policies, standards, and requirements? A strong grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Quality Standard? A current Working with Children Check? Up-to-date First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications? A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Integricare? Are you: A self-starter with a 'can do' attitude? Experienced in guiding children to achieve fantastic outcomes through thoughtful planning? Skilled in designing and implementing dynamic programs tailored to individual needs? Well-versed in child development and best practices in early learning? A champion of engaging with educators, families, and communities? Do you have professional child care experience? Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check? Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of the early years learning framework? Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework? Have you completed a Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood? Integricare is a not-for-profit, Christian, charitable organisation that has been providing family and children's services since 1882. Integricare currently has six Long Day Care Services, four Preschools, an Occasional Care Centre, two Supported Playgroup Schemes, and a Family Worker. We care for over 1400 children and their families each year.
These services are conducted pursuant to Integricare's philosophy - "to provide for the care, support and protection of families and their children, and the provision of child care services". All children's services within Integricare are inclusive; encouraging the enrolment of children with additional needs and those from marginalised families.
