The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex projects within secure environments, such as Physical Secure Zones and SCIF's (Secure Compartmented Information Facilities). The ideal candidate will excel in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders. A strong understanding of construction and compliance in high-security settings is valuable, but the focus will be on driving project success through effective planning, leadership, and execution.

The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
Be an Australian CitizenHold at minimum an NV1 Australian Government Security ClearanceHave excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skillsIn addition, this role will require:
Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Defence sector or in a similarly regulated environment.Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Applications will not be assessed until the closing date for this role.
