Integration Specialist
The Integration Specialist role will lead the development of key messages, consultation and engagement planning workstreams, support the development of business processes and team frameworks for project, land, and commercial functions.
This position is an 18-month maximum term contract working 22.5 hours per week.
Your new role will: Develop key messages aligned to strategy, program, and workstreams for project and program engagement.Support the development of project materials for consultation and engagement purposes aligned to program objectives and approved messages.Lead the development of process mapping and education across workstreams to integrate activities and interdependencies.Support the development of frameworks and processes for all decarbonization workstreams.Integrate customer-led decarbonization initiatives into project workstreams.Develop program-level decarbonization government relations and stakeholder plans.Drive engagement practices with external audiences and appropriate internal business units.You will have: Experience working with and developing strategies, frameworks, and business processes.Developed synthesized communications and engagement materials.Experience in education, training, and change initiatives.Substantial experience working on projects with a strong understanding of dependencies and commitment to project objectives.Our employees enjoy real rewards and recognition including: Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.Give back to your community through volunteering days.Prioritize your health and wellbeing through our award-winning Illuminate program.Our workplace culture is created through every interaction, every experience, and everything we do.
