About the Role The Integration Manager is a hands-on technical and managing role within the Commission responsible for designing, developing, and managing our enterprise integration.
You will lead a team to collaborate with ICT and their stakeholders, determine requirements, and prioritize the delivery of enterprise integration.
Position Duties Provide technical leadership on solutions planning, collaborating with relevant application experts and providing input to solution designs. Engage with risk in a positive and transparent way to achieve the Commission's strategic objectives.Lead an integration team to analyze business processes and requirements, apply initiatives, and contribute to improve integration solutions.Establish and monitor connections between cross-functional applications utilizing Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) capabilities.Contribute to the design and development of data integration workflows between platforms.Lead the team to develop and maintain technical documentation, including System designs, Knowledge base, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and other documentation relating to the operation and governance of integration solutions.Support in testing activities, including integration testing and end-to-end (business process) testing.Investigate, analyze and research incidents/problems by delivering accurate and timely advice and solutions.Collaborate with vendor(s) to resolve issues. Follow up with vendor(s) and escalate support requests.Position Eligibility Requirements (Selection Criteria): Demonstrated knowledge and experience of integration patterns, best practices, and automation to deliver integration solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.Proven ability to prioritize work and meet expected deadlines.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with quality, efficiency, and accountability.Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to influence and interact in an effective way and communicate information coherently and concisely to a diverse audience and to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work to tight timeframes.Eligibility for baseline level security clearance (must be an Australian Citizen).Desirable qualifications or experience Experience in developing integration service on Workato platform.Experience working within project management frameworks.ICT qualification and certifications.Position Notes: Salary offered will be between $92,970 - $104,883 per annum depending on skills and experience. In addition, 15.4% superannuation will be paid.Only candidates who hold Australian citizenship can apply. Appointment is conditional on successfully completing a national police check.An ongoing (permanent) role is available.Non-ongoing opportunity will be offered for an irregular/intermittent term.
