Integration Lead
Company:

Heidi Health

Details of the offer

Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernise the way patients receive and clinicians provide care. Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.
We've recently raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy in which we will continue to scale our clinical products. Therefore we're hiring an Integration Lead to supercharge our product strategy by helping us build (and integrate) AI tools that clinicians can't live without.
The Role We are looking for an Integration Lead reporting to our founder/CEO to join our Product team and work closely with engineering to drive and execute the strategy and process across all integration opportunities.
An Integration Lead responsible for the execution of the integration component of the product roadmap, with a commercial understanding and how it translates to representing user needs. You will have operated in a hyper growth startup with experience building SaaS products from 0-1. You will also have a deep understanding of the key challenges engineers face and a firm grasp on design principles in prioritising key features and capabilities. Your superpower is how to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs effortlessly and turn high-level designs into real-world solutions. You thrive in challenging situations, and you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of developing an AI product healthcare in both Australia and internationally.
We know that brilliant people can come from unlikely places; if you have a proven track record of shipping spectacular technically challenging products and features, regardless of industry, we want to meet you.
What you'll do: Integration Strategy: Work with our CEO to develop and execute our integration strategy, identifying key partners and assessing their alignment with our business goals and customer requirements. These may include Practice Management Systems, Electronic Health Records and other Digital Health integrations.
Integration Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of integration projects, including outreach, commercial discussions, scoping, planning, prioritization, development, testing, and deployment.
API Product Development: Drive the development of a world class series of APIs that expose our ML features and capabilities for engineering teams in health and beyond. This will include defining product requirements, API specifications and documentation for our customers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product marketing, sales and customer success - to understand customer needs, gather feedback, align integration and API development with Heidi's objectives.
External Partner Management: Engage with external integration partners and third-party developers, building strong relationships and ensuring successful collaboration throughout the integration process.
Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to testing processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of features & products developed.
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation.
What we'll look for: Someone with a passion for execution, driving programs or projects to completion (ideally you'll have 1-2 years of project leadership experience)
Commercial operator who can build strategic partnerships, can ruthlessly prioritise and make trade-offs to align with business outcomes.
Solid understanding of integration methodologies, health system integrations and REST API development is a bonus but not essential.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
You love getting into the nitty gritty details of complex projects and don't let anything fall through the cracks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Unafraid to get your hands dirty to solve a wide range of shifting challenges and priorities - you need to be comfortable wearing a few different hats.
Self-starting mindset with high degree of autonomy and ownership in task execution.
Passion to build in healthcare and leave a legacy for all the patients that Heidi graces.
What do we believe in? We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast. We want you to set impossible goals and make them happen, think landing a rocket but the medical version.
You'll be surrounded by a world class team of engineers, medicos and designers to do your best work, inspired by our shared beliefs:
We will stop at nothing to improve patient care across the world.
We design user experiences for joy and ship them fast.
We make decisions in a flat hierarchy that prioritises the truth over position.
We provide the resources for people to succeed and give them the freedom to do it.
Why you will flourish with us ? Flexible work with a 50% hybrid environment
Additional paid day off for your birthday and wellness days
Full gym access in our Melbourne location and Sydney TBC..
A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum
Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team
Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win
The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of Australia's leading healthtech startups
If you have an impact quickly, the opportunity to fast track your startup career!
