The role of Integration and Transformation Manager is pivotal in executing our strategic vision and ensuring the successful integration of new acquisitions into our portfolio.

The Position As the Integration and Transformation Manager, you will take the reins in leading and managing the acquisition process for each new business that becomes a part of Respect. You'll be the driving force behind implementing our established systems, policies, procedures, and best practices at each newly acquired site. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving quality outcomes that align with industry regulations and set new standards of excellence.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including our executive and operational management teams, site management, employees, residents, and their representatives. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth and effective transition for all parties involved.
This role requires regular travel to provide on-site guidance and leadership at each newly acquired site. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on-site, ensuring that our values and practices are seamlessly integrated and that every transition is met with success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of all aspects associated with the integration of a new site or program that has been acquired by Respect, including conducting an initial gap analysis.Develop and implement a comprehensive change management program aligning the acquired site or program to Respect's standards ready for hand-over to operations.Implement Respect's established systems, structures, policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with the change management program.Support each executive team member to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the integration process, including relevant aged care, human resources, corporations, and other regulations.Implement effective change, communication, and engagement strategies that build trust and confidence among clients, their representatives, employees, community, and external stakeholders.Provide ongoing support and guidance to site or program management throughout the transition process.Monitor and report on the progress of the integration and transformation, ensuring that key milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline and budget.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each integration, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address these areas.Continuously improve the integration and transformation process to improve quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and timeframes.Essential: Relevant qualification/s and/or certification/s in project management, change management, or business management.At least 5 years of senior management experience, ideally in the aged care industry.Significant experience in project management and change management, ideally within the aged care sector.Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Current Aged Care Worker Screening certification (or ability to acquire).Desirable: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including acquisitions and integrations.The opportunity to play a pivotal role in Respect's growth and transformation journey.
