Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will enjoy coordinating the allocation of community support workers to services within operational requirements. You will be the primary contact for unplanned staff absence and will offer responsive solutions while handling calls to staff, clients, and their families.
As a Scheduling Officer, you will enjoy problem-solving for clients and support workers and must be confident in multi-tasking to ensure we deliver quality services. Responsibilities include:
Consistently provide exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing the best care to our customers. Promptly respond to internal stakeholder requests. Produce accurate and timely reports that reflect results achieved. Embrace a culture of accountability and meet or exceed communicated customer service standards. Skills and Experience You Will Need to Succeed Extensive and complex scheduling/rostering experience with a minimum of 50 staff or logistics scheduling. Well-developed problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills. Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet targets and deadlines. High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Flexibility and adaptability to an ever-changing industry.
