About the OpportunityThe primary purpose of the Network Information Administrator is to provide administration, support and governance of ARTC Network Information and Technical drawings.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Work with key stakeholders for the administration and governance of files, records and drawings related to the following ARTC artefacts:Network Information Books and diagrams.Engineering Drawings.Network Alteration Notices (NANs).Administer and maintain the ARTC Drawing Management System (DMS) and provide guidance and governance for drawing requirements.Assist the Integrated Systems Framework team and engage with ARTC stakeholders to provide continuous improvement of the Drawing Management System and development of the ARTC Integrated Management System.Work with ARTC Operations teams to monitor and improve the NAN process.Assist in developing, administering and maintaining the approved Procedures and Work Instructions covering the ARTC Engineering Drawings and Network Information.What do we want from you?Formal Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in technical drawing/document administration.Demonstrated experience in the development, formatting and publishing of relevant documents, systems and processes.Sound knowledge and experience managing and using Integrated Document and Drawing Management Systems (Aconex etc).Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products.Knowledge of Work, Health and Safety principles and relevant rail safety legislation.Knowledge and experience in a Rail or other Safety critical environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What will you get from us?Talk to us about flexible working optionsCompetitive remunerationResources to support your health and wellbeing and developmentNovated leasing options, as well as discounts and support programs24/7 Employee Assistance Program for all employees and their direct family membersOur Organisation and CultureAt ARTC, we're more than just a rail network.
