Make It Possible. This position acts and operates as the interface between Mondelez and Metcash to ensure safe, efficient and on-time replenishment are carried out.
This role will focus on customer collaboration and is accountable for delivering enhanced service by driving the implementation of Customer Supply Chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with our Customer Metcash.
How you will contribute You will:
Execute orders against the sales/demand plan to maximise the service level of products to Metcash DC's, within strict supply chain efficiency constraints to minimize total cost to serve.Create a 12-week aligned Operational Plan into the Metcash network to identify and drive process improvements to ensure Service and Productivity Key Performance Indicator targets deliver profitable service.Manage daily customer communications to Metcash fostering effective collaboration and by driving proactive issue resolution.Provide daily and weekly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DIFOD (Delivered In Full and On Time), OBSL (Outbound Service Level), and inventory levels.
Drive Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure demand plans for Metcash are reconciled and aligned through the Collaboration process by providing order visibility and ensuring order plans reflect all aspects of expected inventory and enabling decision making from internal and external stakeholders.What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Supply chain experience and/or Sales experienceExperience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraintStrong communication skillsTime management, prioritisation, and planningAble to influence cross-functional teamsEducation / Certifications: A business or supply chain degree is an advantageJob specific requirements: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or salesExperience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry will be well regardedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExposure to SAP is an advantageMore about the role & Work schedule This is a 12-month fixed term contract with us.Full-time role working 38 hours per week, based between our NSW's State office - Norwest and Metcash Head Office – Macquarie Park, flexible working options available.Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
