You'll be part of a highly skilled crew, carrying out diverse responsibilities ranging from deck operations to engine room maintenance.
Your work will directly contribute to Serco's mission of delivering essential services with integrity, safety, and efficiency.
As an Integrated Rating, you'll make a positive impact by: Performing bridge lookout, day work duties, and maintenance tasks Supporting deck operations, including mooring, cargo handling, and heli-deck activities Conducting engine room rounds, maintenance, and housekeeping Operating within the Safety Management System and promoting best practices Participating in safety and emergency response drills and teams Assisting in the training and development of cadets Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role you'll have: AMSA-issued Certificate of Proficiency as an Integrated Rating Qualifications in Security Awareness, Advanced Firefighting, and proficiency in survival craft A valid First Aid Certificate and AMSA Certificate of Medical Fitness Right to work in Australia and a valid passport Ability to undergo an AAD Polar Medical Examination Skills in crane, small boat, or helicopter operations (desired but not essential) Please note: This position carries trust and responsibility.
