Our Integrated Management System Framework (IMS) has been certified to Internationally recognised 'best practice' standards; ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational health and safety) Reporting into the Manager Enterprise Risk and Governance, you'll be responsible for the leadership, management, planning, delivery, development, integration and ongoing maintenance of Yarra Valley Water's certified management systems. You will also lead, manage and coordinate all third party Integrated management Systems audit processes, including the follow up of all audit findings and opportunities for improvement. Our purpose is to provide Financial, Risk Management, Governance and Corporate Services to stakeholders across Yarra Valley Water. Utilising our breadth of experience, we partner with our internal customers to help them make informed decisions and deliver exceptional business outcomes. Key Responsibilities · The main requirements of the role include: The role will be responsible for leading, managing, planning, and delivering Yarra Valley Water's certified systems including; o  AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 o HACCP, o AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and; o AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004. · Develop YVW's approach to integrate and embed an Integrated Management Systems culture throughout the business. · Be responsible for the continuous review and improvement of the Integrated Management Systems. · Provide strategic guidance, knowledge and support across the business in relation to our Integrated Management Systems. · Lead, manage and coordinate all third party Integrated Management Systems audit processes, including the follow up of all audit findings and opportunities for improvement. · Be responsible for the management and implementation of the policies, procedures and all other forms of documentation in relation to the Integrated Management Systems. · Lead, develop and deliver Integrated Management System staff inductions, awareness sessions, training and briefings as identified and as required. · Develop and deliver IMS reporting for the organisation as required, including reporting to Senior Management, Committee/s and Board where required. · Assist with other activities across the business to support the Risk and Corporate services functions and Team, including supporting Risk management and Audit activities where required More details on responsibilities and core capabilities can be found in the linked position description. About You At least 3 to 5 years' experience with managing ISO certified systems (Safety/Quality/Environment/HACCP) including preparing for and managing the Certification/surveillance audit process. Ability to influence and negotiate across the total organisation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
