Intake Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for an Intake Manager to join our medical team.
As a member of our medical team, you will be delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and their families.
Job Locations: Big Springs Texas, Midland Texas, and Donna Texas.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Ability to review case files and assess/document information from a variety of sources.
Learn and use IT systems developed specifically for use with this project in a timely manner.
Understand complex family relationships and dynamics.
Requirements: Education: Associate's degree or Diploma in nursing; or Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing; or Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields.
Master's degree highly desirable, but not required.
License: Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted license in one of the U.
S.
states, territories, or commonwealths or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
Certificate: Must hold a current basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience: Minimum of two (2)+ years current experience managing/coordinating intake, admissions, discharges, transfers, referrals; and coordinate treatment with physicians and other healthcare and social agencies through the patient admission process.
Type of Contract: W-2 or 1099 Hours per week: 40 per week (this could alter pending on operational needs) Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision, 401 K plan, 401 K matching, paid holidays, paid time off.
