Intake Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for an Intake Manager to join our medical team. As a member of our medical team, you will be delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and their families.Job Locations: Big Springs Texas, Midland Texas, and Donna Texas.Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Ability to review case files and assess/document information from a variety of sources.Learn and use IT systems developed specifically for use with this project in a timely manner.Understand complex family relationships and dynamics.Requirements:Education: Associate's degree or Diploma in nursing; or Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing; or Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields. Master's degree highly desirable, but not required.License: Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted license in one of the U.S. states, territories, or commonwealths or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).Certificate: Must hold a current basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Experience: Minimum of two (2)+ years current experience managing/coordinating intake, admissions, discharges, transfers, referrals; and coordinate treatment with physicians and other healthcare and social agencies through the patient admission process.Type of Contract: W-2 or 1099Hours per week: 40 per week (this could alter pending on operational needs)Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision, 401K plan, 401K matching, paid holidays, paid time off.
