As we grow our services to enable people to thrive, we are looking for an Intake & Growth Support Officer to join our Support Services team!
The Intake & Growth Support Officer is the designated point of contact for all potential clients, their families and representatives providing a responsive service to move through the pre-engagement process to service delivery.
You are responsible for the implementation of a coordinated intake process that identifies client support needs including co-designing supports, development of service quotes and service agreements and the collation of client specific data.
You will be part of our collaborative, intentional, accountable and passionate team who are all about supporting our clients and communities to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative supports relating to Support Services Intake, supporting the development of service provision.Assist clients to plan and engage services necessary to receive high quality support that addresses individual needs and enhance independence, abilities, community participation and quality of life.Actively seek growth opportunities, develop, and foster relationships with key external stakeholders.Manage service waitlists and develop detailed Service Agreements.Support clients to navigate any change in circumstances in accordance with their funding and provide guidance and assistance with preparing participants for their NDIS Plan reviews.Ensure documentation and all other relevant records are current, comprehensive, maintained in good order, including maintain all required accreditations.St.Giles requires the following from you: Degree or Diploma in relevant Social & Community Services or Business Administration qualification or equivalent industry experience.Demonstrated knowledge and experience of participant-centred approaches that lead to achievement of participant goals.Experience in an intake role (or similar) and/or experience in the disability sector.Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective workplace relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to use initiative and operate effectively in various situations.Proven ability to deliver against set outcomes in required timeframes, while remaining flexible to changing needs and priorities.Experienced using CRM software and competent in the use of Microsoft office.National Police Check (no older than 3 months).Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.What we offer: Community focused employer.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Salary Packaging.Health and wellbeing programs including EAP and corporate health insurance discount.Career development and training opportunities.Onsite parking.Please send all enquires to or call our People & Culture team on .
