About the Role As our Intake Crisis Counsellor, you will support women who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, grief and loss, and other women's health issues. Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake initial assessments and provide high-quality counselling, psychotherapy, case management, and therapeutic group work.

Experience working with women affected by trauma and domestic violence, ideally in a crisis counselling capacity.Ability to respond to and evaluate the needs of clients in crisis and identify potential referrals.Understanding of child protection issues and mandatory reporting responsibilities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to provide outstanding service in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner.Excellent client record-keeping skills using an electronic database.Previous applicants for other roles at our Campbelltown Centre for Women's Children & Family Health are encouraged to apply as this is a new vacancy.
