Overview: Full-time, Fixed Term position until 30 December 2026 Salary HEW 7 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About YouThe Intake Coordinator for Graduate Recruitment is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract and place talented graduates with partner organisations within the community and social services sector. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and partner organisations to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified applicants. The coordinator will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, facilitating assessment centres to evaluate candidates, and overseeing the placement and ongoing management of graduates. This ensures alignment with both the graduates' career aspirations and the specific needs of organisations in the community and social services sector. To be successful in this position, you'll have: Knowledge of the social service sector and ideally had responsibility for recruitment.Excellent communication skills including experience building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and experience producing a variety of communication materials for different audiences.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced team and in collaboration with others.Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support to enrichment, learning and development activities in a range of modes including face-to-face, blended and online.High level of initiative, discretion, independence, and flexibility.
