super): $44.77 - $54.45 Hours per fortnight: 64 Employment Status: Ongoing Part Time Closing date: 10/01/2025 This position is part of the Intake team which manages the intake of referrals to Outpatient Rehabilitation, determining eligibility and prioritisation against guidelines.
The position is open to Allied Health or Nursing staff.
Consideration will be given to applicants interested in working up to 64hrs/fortnight, please indicate your preferred number of hours in your application.
You will have solid clinical experience and a good understanding of multi disciplinary rehabilitation approaches.
