The Supporting Recovery program will deliver Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV) trauma-informed mental health care services within Southwest Sydney to support victim-survivors in their longer-term recovery.
What you'll be doing… In this role, you'll be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Practice Manager and program staff, and you'll be the first point of contact for enquiries and requests for information from clients, members of the public, and government agencies.
This role will assist with client allocation and system maintenance processes, as well as supporting data collection and reporting processes.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Ensuring referral information is accurate and complete by liaising with referrers, other team members, and, where appropriate, referred clients Assisting program staff to ensure client data and records are up to date, well maintained, and recorded in appropriate systems, in accordance with contractual obligations In consultation with the Practice Manager and other relevant program staff, preparing funding body reports and other documentation required to assist with program operation Coordinating stationery and equipment for the program, and preparing materials and resources required for service delivery What you will need… Previous experience in an Administrator role supporting a client-focused program Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Well-developed technology skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system, web-based applications) Good organisational and planning skills including ability to work independently and as part of a team If you would like to find out more about the role, click apply to view the Position Description on our career website.
