An exciting opportunity has arisen in our dedicated Central Intake department for motivated and skilled administration professionals to assist the Central Intake and Pain Management Clinic teams. This is a fantastic chance to secure a permanent position, and enjoy flexibility, fulfilment and a great team environment. Applications are invited for all or either of the two available hours, with the opportunity to request your preferred department. Please specify your preference in your application. The Contract: Ongoing, 72.0 hours per fortnight - 40.0 hours allocated to Central Intake and 32.0 hours to Pain Management Clinic
The Role: The Intake and Administration Officer will work as part of an effective team to identify the client's specific needs and ensure support by the right team, at the right time and in the right setting to enable the client to achieve their desired outcome. Through the use of clearly-defined processes, the Intake and Administration Officer will provide client focused administrative services to customers that cover the spectrum of Allied Health disciplines, Post-Acute Care, Complex Care, NDIS, Home Based Nursing, Diabetes Education, Continence, Pain Management Clinic, as well as Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation programs.

The Central Intake team provides coordination to the BRHS Health Independence Program, the Community Health Service, Home Based Nursing and Allied Health. This program encompasses many of the services that deliver care to support clients both in the community and at home and also supports clients with transition from hospital to home.
