This purpose of this role is to develop and maintain Gallagher's bespoke facilities to support clients and Gallagher brokers. Ensuring client needs are consistently identified and maintained via a proactive approach to all aspects of coverage is paramount to this role. Reporting to and working closely with the Carrier Relations Manager, this role will require:
Strong business development skills to engage with brokers and distribution leaders to assist with facility utilisation. Development of collateral and facilitation of Broker training on facility products. Collaboration and engagement with Insurers to maintain viable placement solutions. Negotiation with Insurers on the development of new and innovative products. Support to Claims in relating to facility wordings. Supporting National team regarding portfolio analysis on Gallagher acquisitions. Knowledge of relevant FSRA legislation and ability to act as conduit with Gallagher Compliance teams. Liaison with internal Gallagher Stakeholders including Legal, Risk Assurance, Compliance, Information Technology and Carrier Security teams. About you We are seeking Insurance experienced candidates who have developed product knowledge, particularly within broking or underwriting; someone who can articulate their technical expertise in a clear, concise and practical way that all levels of the business will understand. The ability to understand our client needs under our facility segments is also crucial to ensure we have an innovative approach to meeting current and future market competitiveness. This is a busy, diverse role, and requires a self-starter who has the ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables. You'll also need to be able to work both individually, and as part of a team to deliver on strategic initiatives.
