About You You are an experienced practitioner in the defendant insurance space; You can efficiently manage your own file load; You enjoy building client relationships and doing an excellent job for your clients; You remember what it was like being a junior practitioner and how important mentoring is, and are happy to pass your expertise on; You are an all-rounder, a problem-solver, you like collaboration and you understand the importance of people and having strong working relationships.
