Insurance Policy Administrator The Insurance Policy Administrator is responsible for various client service support tasks including administration and outstanding customer service to our Senior Brokers.
If you have worked in an administration support role and/or have general insurance experience, a passion for client service and an interest in developing your insurance career, we would love to hear from you!
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.
What the day will look like Your day will be busy with a variety of administration and client servicing tasks.
Responsibilities: Provide administration support to our Insurance Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency and endorsements Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner Communicate with clients via phone and email to support their insurance needs Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service About You This role will suit someone who is client focused, has strong administration skills and high attention to detail and is keen to progress their Insurance Broking career.
Additionally, you will have the following: Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded) Client service, Underwriting, Claims or Insurance Broking experience (highly regarded) Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded) Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (highly regarded) or willingness to obtain one Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills Proactive, organised and ability to meet deadlines Work collaboratively within a team and autonomously Excellent attention to detail Ongoing support and mentoring will be provided to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.
