About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position is responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with a range of people. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will work within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers. Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner, in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures. Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online. Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness. Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner. Assisting with production management of the center as required. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. About You
You should have proven experience in a similar position, including experience in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable, and Ibody experience is a plus but not necessary. Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers, are essential. You should be highly professional and personable, with strong systems experience and competent computer abilities. Proficiency in Excel is advantageous but not necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to meet strict deadlines, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail are required. You must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a strong commitment to working safely.
