We pride ourselves on providing our employees with safe, supportive, and rewarding working conditions.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position.The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role will work within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providersAccurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company proceduresCompleting quotes as required onsite, off-site, and onlineProcessing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imagingManaging parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as requiredManaging suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely mannerAssisting with production management of the centre where requiredEnsuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident conditionHanding over completed repairs to customersAbout YouProven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industryProven experience with AudaNet would be highly desirableIbody experience desirable but not necessaryExcellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providersHighly professional and personableStrong systems experience and competent computer abilitiesExcel is an advantage but not necessaryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlinesAbility to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detailAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the teamStrong commitment to work in a safe mannerHigh attention to detailWe are leaders in the repair industry and offer:Career opportunityLatest tools, equipment, and processesGreat opportunity to earn big $$$ for competent and efficient tradespeopleJunior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80kMid-Senior tradesperson: $80k-$100kAnnual salaryIf you are hardworking, motivated, and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.All applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
