We pride ourselves on providing safe, supportive, and rewarding working conditions.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full-time position focused on quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.The primary purpose of this role is to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will utilize your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with a range of people.Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role works within our extensive network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner according to repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required.Processing vehicles by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized promptly.Assisting with production management of the centre as needed.Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Handing over completed repairs to customers.About YouProven experience in a similar position, including preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.Ibody experience is desirable but not necessary.Excellent customer service skills, including rapport building with customers and work providers.Highly professional and personable.Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Problem-solving skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.Strong commitment to safe work practices.High attention to detail.Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.We Offer:A team environment.Ongoing training.Career opportunities.Latest tools, equipment, and processes.Great earning potential for competent and efficient tradespeople.Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80k.Mid-Senior tradesperson: $80k-$100k.Annual salary.If you are hardworking, motivated, and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.
