This full-time position involves ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition by providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will work within our extensive network of repair facilities, offering stability and growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providersAccurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner following repair cost targets and company proceduresCompleting quotes onsite, off-site, and online as requiredProcessing vehicles onsite through inspections and imagingManaging repair parts for cost-effectiveness and timely arrivalCoordinating with suppliers for additional work authorizationAssisting with production management when neededEnsuring vehicles are repaired to pre-accident conditionAbout YouIf you have proven experience in a similar position, including preparing estimates in the automotive smash repair industry, we want to hear from you.
