Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on diverse insurance litigation issues
Draft defence's, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents across multiple Australian jurisdictions
Prepare cases and develop strategic approaches
Attend court hearings and mediations
Maintain consistent communication with clients
Keep accurate and up-to-date electronic case files and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
from a recognized institution
Admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland
Some litigation experience, preferably in insurance law
Strong academic background with a focus on litigation
Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
A team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
