They are a full service insurance firm operating across public liability, motor vehicle insurance, workers compensation and Government. This opportunity has become available due to the growth of the firm, they pride themselves on their low turnover and the supportive environment they have created for their staff.
Job Description Managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert legal advice on a range of matters including insurance disputes, investigations, and interlocutory applications. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and other various legal correspondence. Attending court hearings and representing clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service. The Successful Applicant 1-2 years' post admission experience in insurance or litigation. Plaintiff background will also be considered. A broad range of exposure to insurance law, personal injury, liability claims and litigation proceedings. Passion and drive to learn and develop your skillset in the insurance field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A passion for the law and a desire to provide exceptional legal services to clients.
