Insurance Lawyer | 2-4yrs PAE | Work on a variety of statutory and liability claims and complex litigation | Relaxed and 'open-door' policy Partner The Role This role sits within the Insurance team where you will work on a wide variety of complex statutory and liability claims, personal injury claims, multiple party actions, indemnity and quantum issues, scheme-sensitive matters and complex litigation. You will gain exposure working for a range of clients including insurers, self-insurers, government owned entities and large employers in PIPA, Workcover and CTP claims.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience in personal injury or state compensations claims.
You 2-4yrs post-admission experience in personal injury and/or state compensation claims;Candidates with Plaintiff experience encouraged to apply;Good technical knowledge of personal injury/insurance law;Strong drafting skills;Ability to communicate well with clients and other stakeholders.The Firm Our client is a national mid-tier firm with a leading Insurance team.
