The role involves handling a diverse range of litigated insurance cases, self-insured matters, risk management advice, defence public liability, professional indemnity and third-party property damage claims including statutory claims brought by workers and the VWA.About YouOur client is looking for a candidate with at least 4+ years of post-admission experience in general insurance casualty and professional indemnity claims, including defence work with a strong understanding of statutory legislation and case law.
