Our team carries the confidence of many years of working in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.The Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Brisbane. The duties include:
preparation of correspondence and legal documents in consultation with work authors; broad range of client communication and management; general diary management, including arranging client appointments and other events; collation and indexing of high volumes of documents for disclosure and briefs; maintain electronic files in a timely and accurate manner from receipt of instruction to file closure; monthly billing and debtor control; and general administrative support. About You: This role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated candidate with:
a minimum of 5 years' experience; exceptional attention to detail; great organisational and time management skills; ability to build strong internal relationships; The Benefits: We offer a broad range of benefits to our people including:
