Whether it's a major event like a cyclone or a minor issue, they understand the impact on families, homes, and lives.THE ROLEWe are seeking a skilled Insurance Estimator/Supervisor to join our client's team on the Gold Coast. This full-time position involves both estimating and supervising small to large insurance repairs, reporting directly to the North QLD Construction Manager. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and computer skills, and offers an attractive salary package, including a vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform, and industry-based equipment. While insurance industry training will be provided, previous experience is highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Estimate and manage insurance repair projects of varying sizes.Supervise trades and ensure timely, high-quality project completion.Utilise industry-leading technology to enhance project outcomes.Maintain exceptional customer service and clear communication with all stakeholders.Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and industry regulations.Skills and Qualifications:Carpentry trade background preferred, but not essential.QBCC Licence or Cert IV in Building & Construction is essential.Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising repairs.In-depth knowledge of the NCC and WH&S.Proficient with mobile devices, repair management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.Ability to create, read, and interpret scopes of work.Strong organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes.A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a KPI-driven environment.What's on Offer:Competitive salary package.Company vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, and uniform.Industry-based equipment.Ongoing training and development in the insurance industry.If you are an experienced professional ready to take on a dynamic role in a supportive and successful team, we encourage you to apply.
