We are partnering with an Australia-wide residential insurance builder that specializes in water damage rectifications.
The Role: As an estimator, you will be the first point of contact for assessing the site.
You will then produce cost estimations, organise on-site trades, and see the project through to completion.

You should possess the following:
Trade Qualification (Preferably Carpentry) Exposure to estimation and a good understanding of the process Exposure to insurance and residential works is a big bonus! This is an entry-level role where you will be given the ability to progress your career - attitude and positivity is key! Willingness to progress, with the ability to foster and nurture a positive working environment Tech savvy with adaptability - all the software has been made in-house specialized against company procedures Previous experience leading a team as a leading hand or head tradesman Ability to deal with multiple activities at one time and organise multiple trades The Benefits: You will be given all the tools of your trade (vehicle, laptop, phone, uniform, etc.
