About the role
CBUS has an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Enablement Specialist to join our Insurance Operations team. In this role you will assist the Insurance Enablement team by offering subject matter expertise on insurance for enterprise led initiatives, ensuring that any changes are effectively executed both internally and with external providers.
This role is a great opportunity for somebody who enjoys continuous improvement and striving to optimise procedures and processes within a regulated insurance environment.
You will assist in the oversight and review of best practice guidelines and regulatory updates, including implementation of new processes to maintain Fund compliance. You will also seek to identify areas of continuous improvement for current processes relating to the service delivery of claims and underwriting.
This role would suit an insurance expert, who wishes to join a growing team of Insurance professionals dedicated to enhancing process and procedures with member outcomes at the forefront.
About you You will have a detailed understanding of legislation and compliance related to superannuation insurance.You will have a technical understanding of insurance products, ideally having worked for another fund.You will have worked on BAU and project-based initiatives related to insurance.Ideally you will have some experience working for an administrator or another superannuation fund.You will be an SME in claims, insurance, and benefits.Superannuation insurance change management experience would be extremely valuable experience in this role.Belong at Cbus
