We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

Who are Aon and HIA? HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is as a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA). What The Day Will Look Like Provide a high level of client service to industry professionalsAssist the Senior Broker with the day to day management of client insurance policy renewals, endorsements and domestic building insuranceMaintain strong relationships with industry and internal stakeholdersUpsell and cross sell of relevant insurance products for an existing portfolioCommunicate with customers via phone and face to face meetings and through timely action of clients requests Skills and experience that will lead to success Our ideal candidate will be passionate about client service delivery and have an interest in either establishing or growing their insurance broking career.
