Insurance Claims Team Leader

Job Overview: Lead a team of Property Claims Consultants Join a vibrant and engaging team who support each other and celebrate success Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + Super This role would suit either an experienced Claims Team Leader or an aspiring leader who is passionate about leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Claims. You will have a growth mindset and display a performance-driven, engaging leadership style.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5 Property Claims Consultants Provide guidance and support and ensure a positive team culture Build and maintain strong relationships within the company and with external partners to support and align with the business's claims strategies Be dedicated to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance processes and work methods Support Operations and Project teams with business product implementations, systems, and processes About You: Strong Claims management understanding and knowledge Experience in a leadership role or have had leadership secondment experience Excellent client service and communication skills Experience or interest in project management This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week or more if preferred. The office is based in Sydney CBD.
