They are looking for a claims director to look after a team of claims consultants and also manage a portfolio of liability and financial lines claims. Your new role
As a Claims Director, you will be responsible for:
Managing client's claims end-to-end within set timeframes.
Manage relationships including but not limited to underwriters, clients, and legal parties.
Work alongside brokers and claims team with escalations to resolve effectively.
Provide a timely and efficient service for your clients.
Mentor and train team members in the claims department to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Claims Manager, you will have:
Previous claims experience within an insurer or broker within Claims area.
Expert in Financial lines & liability.
Ability to lead a team, promote a strong culture and drive exceptional results.
Prior experience with Winbeat and officetech (preferred).
