As we continue fast growth in a highly needed and welcomed advocacy space at ClaimsCo (and its various brands), we are seeking multiple exceptional Insurance Claims Consultants to join our dynamic insurance claims team based on the Gold Coast who will manage the claims process having the clients' best interest at heart.

No experience in insurance or construction is required as full training will be provided; however, we welcome people with experience to also apply.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of complex claims using expertise to negotiate a positive outcome for all parties following a period of training and development.
Assisting the operations coordinator in relation to claims compliance.
Providing recommendations where appropriate to benefit the Insured.
Having the Insured's best interest at heart and being willing to negotiate on behalf of your clients.
Being a part of a team where you will have the setting to learn, grow, and be challenged.
